It's a little easier with pictures, but having video of someone actually doing them is much better. I may not be Chuck Norris, but I have done these exercises for a long time and can show you in these short videos how you can do them too.

Seven Strength Training Exercises

Bench Fly — For strengthening the muscles in your chest

Triceps Extension — For strengthening the muscles on the back of your upper arms

Curls — For strengthening the muscles on the front of your upper arms

Upright Row — For strengthening the muscles in your arms and shoulders

Lateral Raise — For strengthening the muscles in your shoulders

Sit Ups — For strengthening the muscles in your abdomen

Lunge — For strengthening the muscles in your legs

Ten Stretching Exercises

Hamstring Stretch — For stretching the muscles on the back of your upper legs

Ankle Stretch — For stretching the muscles of your lower legs and ankles

Triceps Stretch — For stretching the muscles on the back of your upper arms

Wrist Stretch — For stretching the muscles of your forearms and wrists

Calves Stretch — For stretching the muscles on the back of your lower legs

Quadriceps Stretch — For stretching the muscles on the front of your upper legs

Single Hip Rotation — For stretching the muscles on the inside of your upper legs

Shoulder Rotation — For stretching the muscles of your shoulders
